A shocking report revealed the existence of a secret database listing the names of tens of thousands of child molesters within Jehovah’s Witnesses. The organization allegedly directed elders in all U.S. congregations to send detailed reports on members facing an accusation of child sex abuse to its headquarters, keeping all names within the organization. Thanks in part to a number of lawsuits, and legislation such as the Child Victims Act, specific allegations against church members are coming to light. A new docuseries on the subject is set to debut Saturday, February 8, 2020 on Oxygen.
